II. Access to the website and creation of log files

Each time you access our website www.hemmelrath-technologies.de, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of your end device. This information is temporarily stored in a log file. The following data is collected in this process: IP address, date and time of access, referrer URL, browser (type and version) and operating system. This information is processed by us for the evaluation of system security and stability and for further administrative purposes, in particular for statistical analysis. IV. Google Maps

We use Google Maps on our website to provide you with an appealing display of maps. Google Maps is operated by Google, Inc ("Google"). We would like to point out that external Google servers in the USA may be called up through this use. We are not currently aware whether Google logs this server request and uses it further. However, we assume that the Google data protection information also applies in this regard (https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en&gl=us). Your IP address will therefore be stored for a period of several months in any case. The same also applies to Java Script elements that may be loaded by Google servers for browser compatibility purposes. The use of Google Maps is based on Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR for the purpose of visualizing our company headquarters in order to safeguard our legitimate interests in an appealing presentation of maps.

V. Transfer of data

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We will only share your personal information with third parties if:
  • you have given your express consent to this in accordance with Art. 6(1)(1)(a) GDPR,
  • the disclosure is necessary in accordance with Art. 6(1)(1)(f) GDPR for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in the non-disclosure of your data,
  • the transfer is made in accordance with Art. 6(1)(1)(c) GDPR due to a legal obligation, as well as
  • this is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you according to Art. 6(1)(1)(b) GDPR.

VI. Rights of the data subject

If your personal data is processed, you are a data subject within the meaning of the GDPR and you have the following rights vis-à-vis us as the data controller:

1. Right to information

According to Art. 15 GDPR, you have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can request information about the processing purposes, the categories of personal data concerned, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of appeal, the origin of your data if it has not been collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details. You have the right to request information on whether personal data concerning you is transferred to a third country or to an international organisation. In this context, you may request to be informed about the appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR in relation to the transmission.

2. Right to rectification

In accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, you have a right to rectification and/or completion if your personal data processed by us is incorrect or incomplete. We, as the data controller, shall make the rectification without delay.

3. Right to restriction of processing

In accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you object to its erasure and we no longer require the data, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR.

4. Right to erasure

Pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR, you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless such processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

5. Right to information

If you have asserted your right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing against us, as the data controller, we shall be obliged to communicate this rectification or erasure of the data or restriction of processing to all recipients to whom the personal data concerning you have been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. You have the right to be informed of these recipients by us, as the data controller.

6. Right to data portability

In accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request that it be transferred to another data controller.

7. Right of objection

In accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data relating to you for reasons arising from your particular situation, insofar as the data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The right to object can also be exercised against direct advertising - this is implemented by us without specifying a particular situation.

8. Right of revocation of the declaration of consent under data protection law

In accordance with Art. 7(3) GDPR, you have the right to revoke your declaration of consent under data protection law at any time. The revocation of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation. VII. Google Analytics

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Analytics enables the website operator to analyze the behavior of website visitors. The website operator receives various usage data, such as page views, length of visit, operating systems used and origin of the user. This data is assigned to the user's end device. It is not assigned to a user ID.

For the hosting of the website we use services of 1&1 IONOS SE (1&1 IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur). 1&1 IONOS SE acts as our processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
