Micro-MoFa

The Micro-MoFa offers the possibility of modular production on a laboratory and pilot plant scale.

Based on Conti-TDS technology, powders can be inducted, wetted and dispersed with low dust formation in a single process step. In addition to highly efficient dispersion, the integrated jet mixer ensures effective, air-free mixing in the process tank.

Micro-MoFa 10

With a batch size up to 10 liters, the Micro-MoFa 10 is perfectly suited for process and formulation development in a laboratory scale. A specific energy input that is independent of the batch size guarantees reproducible results as well as simple and safe scale-up to production scale.

Micro-MoFa 300

With a batch size up to 300 liters, the Micro-MoFa 300 system is suitable for small batch production. Established processes and a specific energy input independent of the batch size ensure consistent results.

Mini-MoFa

The Mini-MoFa is a compact production plant for the effective production of batches up to 5,000 liters.

Based on Conti-TDS technology, powders can be inducted, wetted and dispersed with low dust formation in a single process step. In addition to highly efficient dispersion, the integrated jet mixer ensures effective, air-free mixing in the process tank

By combining various process steps in one plant, there is enormous potential for reducing process times and cutting energy and production costs.

MoFa-Plant

The MoFa plant is suitable for manufacturing batch volume up to 40,000 liters.

The construction of a MoFa plant is individually designed for the customer's product portfolio. Using the modular plant design, process engineering modules such as dispersing unit, jetstream mixer, storage tanks, measurement and control technology and process networking are combined according to the customer's requirements to form a turnkey MoFa plant.

Product portfolio

Our binder-free pastes and slurries are characterized by very good compatibility with various binder systems. They are suitable for universal use in aqueous media such as paint and coatings.

Matting paste

AM-1501

The silica-based paste is characterized by excellent matting efficiency with maximum transparency.

AM-1470

The filler paste based on barium sulfate has a high degree of purity with exceptional whiteness.

AM-1010

The paste, based on a rutile pigment, is characterized by high hiding power and color strength. In colored systems, more brilliant color shades are achieved through its use. 

AM-1204

Soot paste for deep blacks (high jetness)

AM-1201

The highly concentrated nanoscale carbon black paste achieves higher color strength compared to commercially available products.
